About ClipHorizon
ClipHorizon provides creator analytics, AI-assisted analysis, short-form content planning, and optional publishing tools. Depending on the features you use, ClipHorizon may analyze data from YouTube channels you connect through Google, public URLs you ask us to review, uploaded video files, scheduled-post assets, Instagram or TikTok account data you authorize, and related prompts or inputs you provide.
By creating an account, connecting a third-party account, purchasing a paid plan or credit pack, uploading content, scheduling a post, or using ClipHorizon, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use ClipHorizon. ClipHorizon is not directed to children and may not be used for child-directed API clients or accounts unless ClipHorizon expressly approves that use in writing.
You are responsible for the security of your account, connected social accounts, and access credentials. If you use ClipHorizon on behalf of a company, client, channel, brand, or other person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party and to grant ClipHorizon the permissions needed to operate the features you use.
Your Content and Connected Accounts
You keep ownership of the content, data, files, prompts, captions, titles, account data, and other materials you upload, submit, or authorize ClipHorizon to access. You grant ClipHorizon a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, analyze, modify for technical processing, publish at your direction, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support the service.
You are responsible for having all rights, licenses, releases, permissions, platform account access, and consents needed for anything you upload, analyze, schedule, publish, or submit. You are also responsible for the titles, captions, privacy settings, disclosures, tags, music, likenesses, claims, and other content you choose to publish through ClipHorizon.
Platform Terms and Publishing Tools
ClipHorizon integrates with third-party platforms including Google, YouTube, Instagram, Meta, and TikTok. Your use of platform-enabled features is also governed by the terms and policies of those platforms. For YouTube-enabled features, you agree that you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- .Publishing features may upload or post videos, titles, descriptions, captions, privacy settings, and related metadata to the connected platform account you authorize.
- .Scheduled posts are not guaranteed to publish at an exact time. Platform outages, API limits, account restrictions, token expiration, file processing, moderation, or network failures may delay, block, alter, or reject a post.
- .You are responsible for confirming that published posts are live, accurate, and configured with the intended privacy and audience settings.
- .If you publish to YouTube, you are responsible for correctly handling Made for Kids status, rights, disclosures, claims, privacy settings, and any channel-specific requirements.
- .ClipHorizon may retry failed scheduled publishes, notify you of failures, or stop retrying after repeated errors.
Credits, Plans, and Billing
ClipHorizon uses a credit-based system. Different features may consume different numbers of credits, and those costs may depend on the feature used, the type of analysis, the length of a video, or other in-product criteria. The credit cost shown in the product at the time of use controls.
- .New accounts may receive starter credits at no charge.
- .Paid subscriptions may include recurring credit allocations that refresh on the applicable billing cycle shown for that subscription.
- .One-time credit packs, if offered, are separate from subscription credits and are handled as described at purchase.
- .Unless we expressly say otherwise in-product, unused subscription credits do not roll over to a later subscription cycle.
Checkout, payment processing, and billing account management are handled through Stripe. Prices, credits, plan names, feature availability, and usage limits may change from time to time. If a plan, price, or billing configuration differs between marketing pages and checkout, the details shown in checkout for that purchase control.
Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Payment Issues
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled unless a different arrangement is shown at checkout. You can manage cancellation and payment method details through the billing tools we make available.
- .Cancellation is currently scheduled for the end of your then-current paid period unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific plan or change path.
- .Some downgrades or plan changes may affect access to paid features sooner than the next renewal date if that is how the product flow is configured at the time of change.
- .If payment fails, a charge is reversed, a billing dispute is opened, or we cannot continue processing payment, ClipHorizon may suspend, limit, downgrade, or end access to paid features or paid credits.
A plain-English summary of current billing and cancellation behavior is available on the Billing and Subscription Info page.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable. ClipHorizon may, in its discretion, restore credits or issue refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, or analysis failures caused by service-side issues. Credit use that completed successfully is generally not refundable.
AI Outputs and Recommendations
ClipHorizon uses AI-assisted systems to generate analyses, recommendations, scripts, chat responses, captions, titles, strategy notes, and similar output. Outputs are informational only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unavailable, or unsuitable for your audience or platform.
You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them or publishing them. ClipHorizon does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, copyright, platform-policy, or professional advice, and does not guarantee improved views, retention, reach, monetization, revenue, account standing, or any other outcome.
Recreation, Competitor, and Public Content Analysis
Features that analyze competitor videos or generate recreation scripts are intended to help you understand structure, pacing, hooks, and creative strategy. You may not use ClipHorizon to copy another creator's protected expression, impersonate another person, mislead viewers, remove attribution, extract restricted media, or violate copyright, publicity, privacy, platform, or community rules.
Third-Party Services, Integrations, and Model Changes
ClipHorizon depends on third-party services and integrations, including providers for authentication, payments, analytics, email, cloud storage, error monitoring, YouTube data access, social publishing, and AI processing. These may include Google, YouTube, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Stripe, PostHog, Resend, Supabase, Sentry, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok. Those providers, APIs, models, and integrations may change, be interrupted, impose their own limits, or stop being available. ClipHorizon may change or remove related features, vendors, models, prices, credits, integrations, or usage limits as a result.
Acceptable Use and Suspension
You may not use ClipHorizon to commit fraud, abuse the service, or harm others. This includes:
- .Bypassing credit requirements, limits, gates, or pricing.
- .Automated, scripted, scraping, credential-sharing, quota-sharding, or reverse-engineering use beyond the access we explicitly allow.
- .Uploading, analyzing, scheduling, or publishing content you do not have rights to use.
- .Using ClipHorizon to infringe intellectual property, violate privacy or publicity rights, harass others, surveil people, or facilitate illegal activity.
- .Using AI outputs to impersonate another person, create deceptive content, evade platform restrictions, or mislead viewers about sponsorship, affiliation, identity, or source.
- .Attempting to interfere with ClipHorizon, other users, vendors, or connected platforms.
- .Using ClipHorizon in a way that creates security risk, excessive load, infringement complaints, or violations of platform policies.
ClipHorizon may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, disconnect integrations, cancel scheduled posts, or remove content or outputs if we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary to protect the service, users, vendors, or third-party platforms.
ClipHorizon Intellectual Property and Feedback
ClipHorizon and its software, design, trademarks, workflows, templates, and service content are owned by ClipHorizon or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of ClipHorizon technology. If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow ClipHorizon to use them without restriction or compensation.
Account Deletion and Termination
You may request account deletion by contacting ClipHorizon. Termination or deletion may remove access to saved analyses, scheduled posts, connected accounts, credits, and account settings. ClipHorizon may retain limited records where needed for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, and enforcement of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
ClipHorizon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipHorizon disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. ClipHorizon is not liable for your reliance on AI-generated output, for failed or delayed scheduled posts, for published content, for issues caused by connected platforms or other third parties, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. To the extent permitted by law, ClipHorizon's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid ClipHorizon in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to the Service or These Terms
ClipHorizon may update the service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material updates, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ClipHorizon after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
